If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. Please review the important details below:
1. HonoluluGold.com offers a 10-day Return Policy, calculated from the date we shipped the item to you. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. If it appears that the item is damaged by you or any third party, we cannot accept the request for an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and insurance are NON-refundable.
2. Before you return your items, you must contact us at Service@HonoluluGold.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
3. You MUST include the following when returning the item:
- The item itself with all the packaging material that came with your purchase. If the original packaging material is no longer available, please use comparable packaging to safely ship the item back to us.
- Clearly write on a piece of paper the RMA number, your name, and the original order number.
- An explanation of why you are returning the item. Please state clearly if you want an exchange or a refund. If you would like an exchange, please write down the name and number of the item that you would like in exchange for your original purchase.
